Internal Job Description :
Will supervise some engineers including firmware, software, and testing. This engineer will be responsible for the successful firmware and software tools design of Bluetooth SOCs. Solves a broad range of technical issues of varying scope and complexity.
External Job Description :
Firmware engineer with specialization in Communication SOC Design.(Career and Expert Level)

Responsibilities:
- Coach engineers to design the communication protocol stack , application firmware and PC tools
- Communicate with the ASIC designer to debug and analyze the ASIC problem
- Involve the design of the system specification

Internal Qualifications :
Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent plus a minimum of
3 years relevant experience, with typically 5 to 8 years practical experience.
External Qualifications :
- Master Degree in Electrical/Electronics/ Semiconductor Engineering.

- Experience in SOC firmware development cycle.

- Hand-on Experience in C,C++ and assembly language

- Experience in MFC and Perl

- Proven leadership experience (>2 years as team manager)

- Knowledge of embedded and real time operating systems and/or diagnostics software is a plus.

- Experience with laboratory instruments (spectrum analyzer, oscilloscopes)

- Experience in Bluetooth is a plus

- Good problem analyzing and solving skill; Quick-to-learn; Good communication skill; Self-motivated and willing to take ownership of resolving problem; Hardworking and willing to work overtime; Good team player.

- Excellent written/verbal communications skills in Chinese and English.

- Strong problem solving abilities.

- Capable to work under pressure.
