1. MS/PHD in electronic engineer, communication or signal processing
2. at least 2 years working experience
3. expertise with physical layer algorithms of ATSC receiver, such as equalizer or decoder design.
4. strong fundamentals in wireless communication and digital signal processing
5. fluent in Matlab, C or other simulation language
