1. at least 3 years working experience in DSP based design, implementation of wireless communication system
2. proven skill to debug and test real-time DSP code with tools in lab
3. working experience to design and test interface to hardware and other processors
4. strong fundamentals in wireless communication and digital signal processing
5. general DSP assembly language and C programming experience
6. self motivated and independently
