JOB DESCRIPTION
Primary Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities will be to the end user community in several sales offices. Function includes diagnosing and fixing hardware and software problems on Windows platforms. This includes prioritizing and completing Help Desk Work Orders. Included also is the loading of new computers and software applications, maintaining peripherals such as phones and printers, and maintaining required documentation.

Secondary Responsibilities:
Secondary responsibilities include assisting the Network Group with physical cabling, routers, switches, network and data line connectivity, Cisco VOIP Phones and related hardware, and Windows Server maintenance.

Requirements:
Associate Degree in C.S., BS preferred. Minimum of 5 years work experience in desktop/network support.
Minimal experience with routers and switches, VOIP, Linux and VM Hardware is required.
Good communication skills are a must, including use of English language. Requires good prioritization skills. Requires some off-hours work.
Able to work under stress conditions.
Working Environment:
Work is primarily performed in an indoor, climate-controlled environment and involves daily interaction with end users.
Risk/Safety Conditions: There is little or no risk related to physical and/or mental health and safety associated with this position.
Essential Physical Activities: Walking, sitting, hearing, seeing up close, talking (Chinese and English), standing, finger movement and repetitive motions.
