Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work with partners and end-use customers as needed to achieve sales goals.
• Manage public relations and market image in China via web, media, social tools, and direct interaction.
• Develop strategies, plans, forecasts, and objectives to meet market and customer needs and maximize revenue and profitability of RFID Products business.
• Identify key target customers and work closely with them to articulate the benefits and technological advantages of xx's RFID products and generate design wins and revenue.
• Build network of distributors, resellers, systems integrators and industry partnerships to facilitate sales in the region.
• Manage customer relationships to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and account development with key accounts and the partner community.
• Track and manage commitments to customers.
• Maintain customer information, contact and history database. Document customer interactions.
• Provide customer technical and logistical support as needed.
• Represent xx at trade shows.

Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.  Related technical degree and 7+ years of business development and sales experience in enterprise/middleware software, enterprise data collection, or closely related technology sales role.
 Experience developing and managing distribution channel for US-based organizations in high tech markets
 Demonstrated ability to work independently and produce results in the field while maintaining strong communication with corporate-based employees.
 Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including ability to work with non-technical customers and convey technical information to non-technical users.
 Written and spoken fluency in English and Chinese.
 Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout China with occasional visits to our U.S. headquarters.
 Current residence in China.
