1、
承担无线基站设备RRU数字中频相关逻辑子模块的发开、设计和优化工作；
2、
从事无线基站设备RRU数字中频系统解决方案研究及系统性能优化；
3、
参与基站系统联调、测试及产品集成测试；
4、
协助RRU生产及后端维护工作。

职位要求：
1、
本科及以上学历，通信、电子、自动控制及相关专业，有扎实的数字电路基础；
2、
具备无线通信理论知识，2年以上逻辑设计及实现经验；
3、
精通verilog /Vhdl高级FPGA开发语言，并熟练使用相关的EDA开发工具；
4、
了解RF相关理论基础知识；
5、
良好的团队合作精神，工作认真细致；
6、
良好的听说读写英语能力。
有以下经验者优先：
a．
具有通信行业大型企业工作经历，了解3GPP协议，有WCDMA/GSM/LTE等无线设备开发经验者优先。
b．
具有大型逻辑开发经历，特别是数字中频逻辑及CPRI接口开发经验者优先

Job Description:

• Take the responsibilities of RRU digital logical design and implementation, as well as optimization of coding.
• Be working on RRU digital intermediate frequency solution analysis, design and performance optimization .
• Take part in RRU system integration testing, maintenance and Base Station integration testing.
• Provide assistance to RRU manufactory and product maintenance support.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in communication engineering, electronic engineering, automatic control, computer or other related subjects.
• With the knowledge of wireless communication and above two year’s experience in FPGA system design preferred.
• Master Verilog HDL/VHDL language of PGA development, skill in using EDA development toolkit .
• Acquaint of circuit design and the RF design principles.
• Excellent teamwork skills with scrutiny.
• Fluent in reading, written and oral English.

2.
Independently be responsible for radio product architecture design and algorithms based on application requirements, and improve product performance.

4.
Assistance of improving battle effectiveness for logic team.
