Job Responsibilities:
*  Resolve Customer quality request and issue
*  Providing technical support for XX’s automotive products and services in the local China market.
This includes product promotion through automotive demonstration development such as demo boards, system level demos, and other electronic designs using XX products.
Position is responsible for positioning XX as a strategic partner within an
assigned Automotive account base being the customer’s technical interface. Develop  organizational and operational goals and objectives that will drive long term sustainable growth for XX onductor products and revenues over time.  
Generate demo board and EV boards timely with related technical documents for customers including testing report, design guide, design kits, etc.  
Acquire System Solutions Knowledge of focus End Automotive Applications to furnish technical suggestions for the development, design, and systems integration of new devices.  
Demand Creation on Focus Products:  
1.New product introductions at key design locations  
2.Drive Design Wins at Focus Automotive Accounts  
3. Technology roadmap updates  
4. Insure appropriate resource coverage on key design locations  
5. Drive timely delivery of key proto type boards to hit customer design milestones  
Develop relationships at customer levels (particularly key executive levels) within China as well as XX counter parts in the Business Units and field

Requirement:

Professional Skills:

*Problem solving and critical thinking - quickly surface key customer challenges, provide solution or an action plan for a solution  
*Communication, written and verbal - ability to articulate XX’S value, positioning, technology, differentiators  
*Skilled presenter, public speaking skills - ability to address different size, technical and/or business audiences, communicate key messages, handle questions, invite participation  
* Clear and meticulous coordination of the overall project-related status reporting  

Job Requirements:  
*Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field  
*Min 4 years automotive electronics design experience in Automotive Applications or related semiconductor company , which include at least 3 years of FAE/AE team management experience.  
*Possesses significant knowledge of auto systems architectures and at least 3 years related experience in ASIC design, Application Engineering , R&D exposure   
Experienced in providing on-site technical support for customers  
*Excellent command of English both verbal and written, including E-mail, presentations, voice and video calls, and otherwise  
*Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal  and communication skills to interface directly with customers technical and user buying influence  
*Excellent strategic planning and crisis management skills are a must
*Degree in Electronics Engineering or science disciplines.
*Additional training in the followings would be advantage: Team orientated problem solving, (8D, 5 whys), Process     
Capability Study, Statistical process control, ISO9001/TS16949 audit, Failure Analysis of semiconductor.  
*Work experience in semiconductor manufacturing is added advantage.
