Senior Software Engineer/Software Engineer

Location: Shenzhen, China




Job Description:

1.Workon developing Internet telephony system-on-silicon product targeted for networkinfrastructures solutions;
2.Providetechnical support to customers in Asia Pacific, primarily in China;
3.Workclosely with field application engineers and customers, involve in productdesign, develop, debugging and testing.


Qualifications:

1.B.Sdegree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering or related area and MSdegree in Electrical Engineer is preferred.
2.Thecandidate is more appreciated when he has got the background in PCI, Ethernet,ATM, TCP/IP, Voice and Fax Technology will a plus;


Experience and Skills:

1.Experienced in code development in an embedded environment.This includes familiarity with:
-The use of JTAG/BDM debuggers
-The use of equipment such as logic analyzers,protocol analyzers etc.
-Hardware-software interfacing issues and theability to debug such interfaces
-Memory and MIPs constraints that embedded softwaremust abide by
2.Programmingskills on script languages such as Perl and Tcl will be a plus.
3.ExcellentC programming skills and some assembly language programming experience is verydesirable.
4.Experiencewith communication protocols. Knowledge of IP networking concepts would be aplus.
5.Experiencewith using Real-Time Operating Systems. In particular, experience with RTXCand/or embedded-Linux would be a plus.
6.Experiencewith the ARM processor - architecture, tool-chain - would be a plus.
7.Familiaritywith Voice-over-IP would be very desirable.
8.Familiarwith Windows and Linux platform;
9.Excellentcommunication skill with proficiency in written/oral English;
