技术指标为：
• Low frequency gain of the active low-pass filter = 20 dB
• Error on the low frequency gain = 1 %
• Bandwidth of the active low-pass filter = 1 MHz
• fnd of the active low-pass filter = 100 MHz
• Resistor R2 of the low-pass filter = 1 k
• OTA must be capable of operation in unity feedback configuration
• OTA slewrate = 100 V/µs
• Minimal power consumption
设计步骤：
1、       根据滤波器的指标确定OPAMP的指标，比如低频增益、带宽等等。
2、       设计OTA
3、       设计输出缓冲级
4、       联合调试OPAMP
5、       仿真滤波器
