1) RF designer

Job Description:

The position’s primary responsibility is to design and verify RF Transceiver ICs for wireless applications.

Job Requirements:

1.SEE or PHD with minimal 2 years of experience in RF IC design.

2.Define system and block specifications.

3.Design RFIC TX/RX blocks such as LNA, Down/Up-conversion Mixer, RF Pre-driver, PA, VCO, PLL, Filter, and PGA.

4. Experienced with the Cadence tool suite and design flow.

5. Knowledge of radio transceiver architecture and wireless communication desirable.

6.Knowledge of RF lab test equipments desirable.

2）Analog designer

Job Description:
-Design and layout of IC blocks, such as  PLL, ADC and DAC，LDO
-Simulation of RF and analog circuits and systems in Spectre/SpectreRF and Matlab
-Testing and characterization of IC blocks and chips in lab, and ATE and field environments
-IC process and package evaluation including device modeling and PDK

Job Requirements:
1.Master degree, majored in EE
2.2+ years of work experience in the related areas
3.Good knowledge in at least one of the following disciplines: low voltage／low noise OPA, high speed A/D & D/A, PLL and DPLL
