TD-LTE dynamic range definition

Dear all,

I have a question about the dynamic range definition. For 5MHz channel spacing, the dynamic range is 75dB. I have seen some transmitter architechture, it always uses external Power Amplifier. Then, the dynamic range = 75dB does consist of this external power amplifier? Or, this 75dB just count in all on-chip circuit only?

Only the on-chip circuit may be not enough for the dynamic range
