Abstract：A novel switched demodulation method which can be applied on Micro-gyroscope interfacing circuit has
been presented．The circuit is easy to realize and can well restrain the DC offset arises from forward stages． Its
most important advantage is to decrease the distortion of output sign~ due to the discrepancy of detection capaci—
tance。as a result，the output signal has a lower THD and the Mi cro-gyroscope can obtain a better sensitivity．
