This program is used to simulate, visualize, and analyze complex helicopter-based systems, as well as the performance of flight control systems for these systems.
The demo version is limited to a relatively simple linear model of the longitudinal dynamics for a helicopter about hover.
This means that the helicopter is limited to going up, down, forward, and back.
We will use this model to demonstrate the features of the environment, including:

The visualization tools available
·
User control via joystick
·
How the environment can be used to test different controllers
