请问SC电路，附图里各个开关M1, M2, M3, M4的size要如何取?
我M1使用COMStransmission gate,
size很小，
请问M2,M3, M4的size要如何取?
(我应用于低频、high resolution的sigma-delta ADC!)

M2, M3 can be NMOS gate only, since they are coupled at the virtual ground.

The settling time is a good reference for sizing. A large FET would cause charge injection, and you will see glitches.

However, if you do very high dynamic range ADC, then the size of the switches should satisfy the distortion criteria.
