请教上变频混频器和下变频混频器的区别

哪位高手能否谈谈上变频混频器和下变频混频器的差别，设计重点分别在哪里，多谢了

接收机中用下变频混频器。它将接收到的射频信号搬移到中频上

发射极中用上变频混频器。它将接收到的中频信号搬移到射频端

下变频器分两种，有源和无源的
无源的线性度好，噪声好（自身而言），一般后级需要TIA，是目前的主流
有源的有增益，可以缓解接收链其他级的gain requirement

the main difference between upand down convertor is in the input stage freq, for upconvertor ,the input is usually dc, so in order to get high linearity, if the signal from the baseband is in the voltage domain ,then ofter a feedback circuit with opamp and resistor is good for good evm,
more ofter is input is from baseband current dac,
active mixer is often the better choice for upconverter

直观的说，上变频Mixer 可能会用LC回路作负载，而下变频Mixer 不可能那样作的
