the relationship of constant gm bias and the amplifier

Dear :

         I am designing a constant gm bias for the bias current of amplifier.
I have some questions that the relationship between constant gm bias and the amplifier:
1.how to control gm veriation of the amplifier is the same with constant gm bias in PVT variation?
2.how to reduce the gm variation of constant gm bias circuit in PVT variation?
3.does the current mirror mismatch in the amplifier is important point for the the relationship between constant gm bias and the amplifier?

          Could someone can help me?
