Vout=Vin*(1-k1*exp(-t/TGBW)-(Dpz/TGBW)*exp(-t/Tz))

Note: TGBW is the time constant of GBW, Dpz is the difference of pole-zero doublet, Tp is the pole time constant of the doublet.
Tz is the zero time constant of the doublet.
