标准cmos工艺中只有pplus/nwell和nwell/psub两种diode。
这两种二极管一般用在ESD保护等反向偏置的条件下。
对于ppuls/nwell diode，如果正向导通，就存在到psub漏电的问题，所以bandgap中就用这种substrator pnp。 而 nwell/psub 的p段始终接地

For diode, PTAT voltage difference from two different density diodes is sensitive to process spread.

For diode: Idiode=Is(exp(Vbe/n/(kt/q))-1) where n is non-ideal factor. n changes between 1 and 2 under different forward voltage Vbe.
For Bipolar: non-ideal factor n is very close to 1.

NEVER use diode in the voltage reference circuit if output accuracy requirement is high.

    14楼说得对，实际PN结二极管的IV和n有关，而n和Vbe有关，而NPN的相连的PN结的n近似1，因此I_Vbe关系与n近似无关，才复合BG电路原理
