Pci 设备识别问题？

自己开发的PCI设备一块：
在机器A上可以正确识别和驱动。
在机器B上上电后无法识别驱动，如果对机器热启动，就可以正确识别和驱动。
困惑中！
机器采用linux系统！
请各位大胆分析，献计献策！

其实比较困惑的是对于PCI的插卡来说，计算机的冷启动和热启动有什么区别？

They are NOT the same.
When you cold boot a PC, the CPU and peripherals are all up at the same time.
When you hot boot a PC, you just reset the CPU and the peripheral are NOT reset.
I guess machine B has a atability issue. Maybe during the cold boot precedure, it skip configuration of this PCI slot for some funny reason.
While hot reset the PC, CPU will have everything peripheral ready and it can go through the configuration precedure at will; therefore, you have a working system.
That is my two cents.
