其實90nm已經很成熟了

To muyarabbit07: yes 90nm is quite common these days. A lot of papers in ISSCC 2008 is 90nm and even 45nm. Intel has the new CPUs with 45nm. But 90nm is still important for analog design. Below 90nm, it's hard to design a high gain opamp since the characteristic gain is so low...
