关于24位A/D AD7714！！！

初次接触它，光资料就消化了一周，发现写资料的人写得不是很好懂，而且没有一个正常转换用的示范程序（只有一个校准用的C程序示例）。请教用过此芯片的高手！有无此芯片的相关程序例子。
我现在编了一个驱动，但就是不对劲，主要是DRDY信号一直为低电平。（此A/D用的独立电源，RSERT直接接的VCC，一上电，不作任何操作，DRDY就是低电平），我担心是上电复位问题，又编了个软件复位（写32个周期的1至DIN口），但问题依然，我甚至怀疑这块芯片是否已经坏了。
有时通过连续按键启动软件复位后，DRDY可能恢复高电平，就能读出数据，但转换结果为非线性

Logic output. A logic low on this output indicates that a new output word is available from the AD7714 data
register. The DRDY pin will return high upon completion of a read operation of a full output word. If no data
read has taken place, after an output update, the DRDY line will return high for 500 ´ tCLKÊ IN cycles prior to
the next output update. This gives an indication of when a read operation should not be attempted to avoid
reading from the data register as it is being updated. DRDY is also used to indicate when the AD7714 has
completed its on-chip calibration sequence.
