IC资深设计工程师 IC Senior Design Engineer

职位描述：
1. MSEE degree with 5+ years of experience in analog or mixed-signal IC development.
2. Hands-on design experience with BCD/BiCMOS/CMOS mixed-voltage custom circuit designs.
3. Must possess strong intuitive and analytical understanding of transistor-level design and simulation.
4. Must understand placement and layout issues with respect to power device and mixed-signal ICs.
5. Must possess hands-on characterization, failure analysis and debugging techniques.
6. Must be able to mentor and lead a small-to-medium sized yang design team.

资深应用系统工程师Senior Application System Engineer
工作职责：
负责实际应用的EVB和相关设计，以及根据用户要求对实际产品进行设计。设计的产品包括，开关稳压芯片，显示器驱动芯片，音频功放芯片和电源管理芯片，上述产品用于迅速发展的便携和非便携产品市场，例如宽带调制解调器，PDA，笔记本，手机，电信，光纤，数码相机和网络设备。
-新产品的定义和对新产品的全面测试
-负责评估板和相关设计
-用户化设计
-新产品发布前的评测
-对IC 设计师提供技术支持，从产品定义到产品发布
-针对实际应用开发设计工具
-撰写应用手册和技术文档
-美国总部/日本/欧洲6个月的轮流培训
-向应用工程师主管负责并报告工作
岗位要求：
出色的中英文口头和书面表达能力
有4年以上相关工作经验
教育背景：
电气、电子工程硕士，电力电子或相近专业
