Job Title:Electronic Ballast Development Engineer
Report to:  Group Manager

The strategic ambition of the company is to set the pace in the lighting industry as the first-choice innovative partner for the supply of creative and cost-effective lighting solutions.
As 1 of the 4 Global R&D Centers of the multinational, our client is now expanding its operation in Shanghai.
Job Description & Requirements:
Main responsibilities:
Be responsible for the Quality of the circuits: Focus on customer satisfaction
Design electronic ballast including circuit adjusting, component selection, standard testing, and coordinating.
Execute project plan, finish project on time
&#61548repare and input product documentations
Solve technical issues
Requirement:
Master degree majoring in electronics, or Bachelor degree in electronics with >2 years of work experience in electronic ballast or (other power electronics product development) or relevant circuit development, or college diploma in electronics with 5 years of work experience.
Good knowledge of high frequency power electronics
Knowledge in design methods and simulation tools as e.g. P-Spice or similar
Knowledge of micro-controller, and digital communication will be a plus
Affinity with Control and Power supply techniques will be a plus
HW / SW interface knowledge wished
Fluent in oral and written English Skills, Self-driven and motivation
COMPENSATION:
The position compensation will be attractive and negotiable to the right candidate, comprising of a competitive annual base salary supplemented by a performance oriented bonus opportunity.
