This incomplete setup can result in incorrect short markers.for accurate connectivity extraction,add an appropriate derived layer to the constrain.
而且用XL打开后，creat pin ‘Y’会导致下面的情况出现（短接），这是什么情况，怎么解决这个问题。

warining information已经说的很清楚了。在tf文件中的constraint Groups中的virtuosoDefaultExtractorSetup中添加一些信息。如：implant layer connectivity,stop layer.如果不添加话，在run 一些XL command,如extract layout connectivity时，会有marker出现。这个marker的类型：诸如short,open。具体可看XL 第二章。
