Responsibility:

Participate indeveloping highly integrated, high performance and high precision ASSPs forindustrial, communication and healthcare markets.

1、Leadingboth digital and mixed-signal verification teams；

2、Identify/developverification techniques roadmap for team development and skillset improvement；

3、Engagementand interaction with design verification methodology team and multipleinternal.

4、Technologygroups, to make sure the verification techniques keep pace with the industryleading verification techniques；

5、Leadingthe verification efforts in the projects and mentor/guide the verificationleads；

6、Workingclosely with design team to guarantee first pass silicon success.

Requirements:

1、MSEEor PHD in Microelectronics or EE related majors, equivalent degree/experienceacceptable；

2、>6years of solid experience & knowledge of the advanced verificationmethodology and techniques. i.e. system-verilog, UVM, formal verification,coverage analysis…

3、Priorexperience with mixed-signal design or verification and simulation tools andtechniques is a strong plus；

4、Priormanagement experience is a plus；

5、Goodinitiative and motivation in a challenging environment；

6、Strongcommunication skills；

7、Goodspoken and written English.

Requirement:

The ideal candidate mustbe self-motivated, dynamic, meticulous, prepared to take initiative and alsoexhibit the following skills:

1、MSEEor PHD in Microelectronics or EE related majors, equivalent degree/experienceacceptable；

2、>8years of solid experience & knowledge of precision analog/ mixed signal ICdesign；

3、Becauseof the scope of the role, previous management experience is seen as essential；

4、Havea working technical knowledge of trends in multiple application areas and anappreciation of state-of-the-art in technology；

5、Creatinginnovative solutions to solve challenging circuit and architecture problems；

6、Pro-activeand good communication；

7、Good spoken and written English/Chinese.
