1、ATE 测试工程师      要求本科及以上，2-5年经验，具备模拟电路知识，使用AccoTest（STS8200），Eagle（ETS88，ETS364）。

2、射频测试和产品工程师：要求具有III-V半导体（SiGe，GaAs，InP等）中的RF信号链产品（LNA，有源Balun，开关，PA，FEM等）的经验 。

Junior Test Engineer
This role will develop test strategies for Power (LDO, DC-DC) ICs, including implementation of characterization, qualification and production test solutions. Role will also be involved in yield improvement and costs reduction while maintaining excellent product quality.
Major responsibilities Include:
?Write test plan based on datasheet.
?Discuss DFT with designer to achieve test coverage on ATE.
?Test board design with EDA tools.
?Test program offline code and online debug
?Characterization and qualification support for the IC.
?Release test program to subcon during ramp up
?Analysis of part failures leading to test improvement
?Perform yield analysis and contribute to test process improvements.
?Available for business travel upon request.?
?Subcon production maintain.
Qualifications:
?BS EE or equivalent, has basic analog circuit knowledge.
?2~3 years work experience.
?C++ coding skills, Python is a plus.
?ATE test experience – AccoTest (STS8200), Eagle (ETS88, ETS364) preferred.
?Experience with Altium Designer or Cadence related EDA tools is a plus
?Self-learning ability.



RF test and Product Engr
1.Experience in RF Signal Chain products (LNA, Active Baluns, Switches, PA, FEM etc) in III-V semiconductors (SiGe, GaAs, InP, etc)
2.Work with internal RD team and external ATE vendor for RF Signal Chain test development
3.Test methodology research and seek for optimizing test cost and ensuring coverage
4.Able to operate spectrum analyzer, digital sampling scope, network Analyzers to measure signals for debug as well as correlate ATE set up with bench set up (which will be handled by the internal RD team)
5.Capability to solve complex issue systematically and demonstrate organization and planning
6.Good English communication as business language is English at Aura
7.Placement in TW (preferred)
8.Related direct hands on RF Signal Chain test development and product qualification experience is a plus
9.Experience in handling RF probe for on die RF structure measurements is a plus
