基于Cadence的VCO噪声抖动仿真

在仿真计算VCO输出抖动值时，如上图中的积分范围是1K到10M，请问是不是有问题？，抖动值的计算过程应该是对相位噪声曲线的整个频率范围内积分得到抖动值，那积分范围是不是应该从1Hz到无穷大呢？？？ 1K到10M我仿真结果的值为0.2ps，1到100M我仿真结果的值为0.5ps.
求高手解答！不胜感激！

这个应该参考IEEE的定义。积分不是1Hz到无穷大的。

Jcc is  cycle to cycle jitter. Jc is period jitter. usually Jee is what we look at, Jc has a sinewave tone there.
