starRC启动问题

请教：      我从板上下载了linux版的starRC，放在了linux服务器上，但是使用 StarXtract -gui无法启动，错误信息如下：
ERROR: StarXtract
ERROR: /eda/starrc_vH-2012.12-SP1_linux/linux_starrc/bin/etc/misc/common.err file does not exist.
ERROR: Please make sure to run StarXtract from a properly installed installation or specify an
ERROR: alternate installation path using the STAR_RCXT_HOME_DIR environment variable.

请问这是什么原因？
服务器上已经装了别的synopsys的软件，ICC等，就没有在生成license，是这个原因还是我哪里设置不对吗？
