Position 1: SENIOR/STAFF ANALOG/RF DESIGN ENGINEER

TheJob:

·
Designstate-of-art analog/RF integrated circuit in advanced CMOS process technologies

·
Performcorrelation and silicon evaluation in laboratory

Requirements:

·
Phdin Electronics or BSc/MSc in Electronics from a reputable university with atleast 3 years experience.

·
Experiencein RF IC Design especially in the areas of Power Amplifier

·
Understandingof analog and RF transistor device physics

·
Proficientwith EM simulation tools such as HFSS and Momentum

·
Experience with Cadence design tools (Analog Artist, SpectreRF, Goldengate) is required·
Knowledge of communication standards (Cellular, WLAN, BT etc) and mixed signal components is highly desirable.

·
BSc/MScwith good academic record will also be considered

Postion2: RF Hardware Design Engineer (Code: WLCH2)
TheJob:

·
The engineer will be responsible for 3D EMmodelling, system level simulations, chip characterizations and RF PCB designs.

·
Independently generate accurate passive devicesmodel in tools such as CST,HFSS and ADS.

·
Independently build up the cellular systemlevel simulations in tools such as ADS and MWO.

·
Independently analyze the simulation resultsand propose innovations to improve system performance.

·
Good system level debugging andtroubleshooting.

·
Good documentation and presentation.

·
Effective communication and team player.

Requirements

·
Master/Degreein Electrical & Electronics Engineering with years of experiencein related field.

·
Freshgraduates with good result, major in communication are welcome

·
Strongfundamentals of transmission lines, EM and microwave theory.

·
Understandthe basics of integrated circuits designs.

·
Experiencewith high frequency measurements for characterizations.

·
Experiencein using 2D and 3D EM tools such as CST, HFSS and ADS.

·
Experiencein using simulations tools such as Spectre and ADS.

·
Boardlevel layout experience (Mentor PADS) will be preferred.
