JOB PURPOSE
-Building close relationship with the Chinese Key customer’s R&D, Engineering and Puchasingsetions and contributing to the business growth.
-Leading the Component team in Company China Corporation located in Shanghai and Beijing and contributing to the achievement of sales budget.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Establish and enhance strategic relationship with the top managermentand take initiatives in QBR and QTR meeting with them.
- Establish strategic relationship and high level contact with ODM production site related to our PC/Tablet customers as sales activity.
- Build a well-organized WCC slaes team to support new project development and existing MP projects to meet sales budgets and goals.
- To recover the issues related to the AR, deliverly etc.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Experience/Skill)
- More than 10years experience in the component company as a sales activities
- More than 5years experience as a manager to organize more than 5 persons
- Good English and Japanese language skill (writing and communicating)
- BA degree is mandatory and Engineering background is preferred.
- Ability to communicate with both customers and the relevant internal departments
- Mobilty (necessary to travel in China and to Japan frequently)

This position works at Shanghai office of company China Corporation.
