职位描述: JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a part of Video Codec IP Development team, you will be responsible for: - Encoder algorithm modeling for H.264 and HEVC, including rate control, motion estimation, mode decision, etc. - Next generation high performance video decoder development - Next generation video encoder development - Video codec IP prototyping with FPGA EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS B.S/M.S degree in Computer Science or Micro-electronics or equivalents YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT Above 5+ years experiences which including 3+ years experience for senior position or 5+ years experience for staff position in video codec or related projects KEY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABBILITIES REQUIRED - Familiar with video compression/decompression algorithms and multimedia applications. - Familiar with video codec standards such as HEVC, H.264, MPEG2, AVS, etc - Skillful in C/C++ programming language. - Team player and self-driven. - Good command of English, and good enough to attend meeting Any of the followings will be a good plus and preferred: - Familiar with image processing algorithm - RTL design experience - Firmware and driver development experience for video codec - SOC project experience - Good knowledge in ARM based embedded system design.
