Responsibilities
• Developing ATE test programs and test solutions for Mix-signal/SOC IC products
• Testing and characterizing IC with ATE or Lab-based platforms

Mandatory Skills
• Good knowledge about ATE test
• Good knowledge about Mix-signal/MCU test solutions
• Experience with IC Quality & Reliability Engineering
• Fluency in English (both Oral and writing) and communication skill

Preferred Skills
• Experience with Credence/LTX D10 or Teradyne Magnum tester
• Experience with Load board hardware design
• IC Product Engineering related knowledge or experience
• IC chip level characterization and validation related experience or knowledge

Education
Bachelor or Master Degree of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Control
Systems

Experience
• 6+ years of working experience in the high-tech industry.
• 2+ years of experience in an US or Europe based company
• 4+ years of experience in ATE and IC test platform development
