关于使用encounter软件时出现的一个问题

使用encounter做完布局布线后保存最后的.enc文件（全部步骤做完，且保存时候不出现问题）。但是下次打开这个enc文件时候却出现了下列错误：

不知道怎么会出现这个error的，有哪位见过吗？
