工作职责：
1、通信系统(如WLAN物理层)的算法研究、设计、仿真。
2、通信系统的物理层的FPGA/SOC实时性能验证。
职位要求：
1、熟悉IEEE 802.11b/g/n WLAN 规范，有WLAN PHY(base-band) 项目产品设计经验。(3年以上）
2、有扎实的通信或信号处理专业的基础知识,熟悉数字通信相关的基带算法，例如MIMO,同步(载波,采样恢复)，信道估计与均衡，干扰消除，分集接收，前向纠错等。
3、熟悉通信系统相关理论，调制与解调，单载波系统，多载波系统等。
4、掌握Matlab / C语言，了解systemC语言。
5、硕士及以上学历，通信，微波，电子工程，或信号处理专业。
