The software development engineer will be working on the state-of-the-art technologies and products from *****, which are complex computing & measuring systems. It starts from driver level to operating system levels, and to application development level UIs (both developing languages/APIs and GUIs).
He/she is expected to work closely with the colleagues from other global RND centers, worldwide field teams and also with worldwide customers.
Responsibilities
-          Design and deliver software components as a member of a software project team
-          Work with cross-functional team to design Project Architecture and guide the project team to build a stable and extensible architecture.  
-          Execute module ownership responsibilities (maintaining the integrity and quality, consulting on extension to design, and/or implement extensions)
-          Collaborate with SW team, applications and field team colleagues to troubleshoot problems, fulfill customers’ enhancement requests
-          Aware of business needs, contribute to plan and execute to support the customer teams to fulfill customer needs and positively contribute to ******* business
-          Work with cross-functional teams in requirements analysis, architecture and high-level design
-          Contribute to project planning and execution processes.
-          Take on assignments that contribute to departmental initiatives (knowledge sharing, etc.)
职能：
-          3+ year of hands-on RCP/Java/J2EE programming experience is required
-          Solid skills about  Eclipse workbench, SWT widgets, JSF,  JUnit,  XML and SVG
-          Solid knowledge about algorithm and design patterns(especially at presentation layer)
-          Experienced in Graphic User Interface design and development
-          Software development experience on Linux OS
-          It’s preferred to have hands-on experience with eXtreme Programming (XP) methodology
-          Good communication skills in English, including spoken, listening, and writing;
-          Good work experience in International, Multi-sites working environment
-          Result oriented, positive attitude and a good team player
-          Minimum BS in Computer Science, EE;
-          At last, the candidate who changes job on average of 1 to 1.5 service year is NOT to be considered
-          ClearCase experience is a plus;
-          Experience with semiconductor test systems is a plus
-          MS in Computer Science, EE is a plus
