DFT插入时出现的问题？

使用工具为Mentor dftadvisor，在输入run命令后，出现如下问题：
NO scan instances were identified

感谢回复。操作如下：
dftadvisor  sys_top.vg -verilog -lib gsmc.atpg  (sys_top.vg为综合网表，gsmc.atpg为生成转化的文件)
add clocks 1 sclk                                           (sclk为function模式下主时钟，同时作为scan clock)
add clocks 1 srst po_rst                                （srst 异步复位po_rst同步复位）
add pin constraints scan_en c1                       （scan enable信号）
add black box -module cap_top 0                   （sys_top中的小模块，单独综合，作为一个硬核）
add black box -module RF1SHD128X10 0          （RAM）  
add black box -module RF1SHD196X16 0

set system mode dft
set scan identification full_scan
set scan identification -number 2
run
在输入run运行后就出现一个对话框，里面显示信息为：
No scan instances were identified.
some possible causes include:
-Running identification twice with the same parameters.
-Specifyting a smaller selection set than already exists in the identification list.
-performing any type of scan identification after a full scan identification.

请帮看看，另外在问下在此坏境下对scan的一些信号应该如何设置？谢谢

你确定你的库中包含的扫描单元与你综合后文件用到的标准是对应关系吗？如果这没问题。那就是你脚本有问题啦。
