关于IES的问题请教，谢谢

when i use IES to post-simulation,i meet with the problem as below:
ncelab : *W,FLFEXS: Expected string but found name "abc_top_max.sdf.X" in SDF annotation command file  /a/b/c/sdf.cmd, line 1,trying to continue.
ncealb: *W,FLFFNF:Compiled SDF file (abc_top_max.sdf.X) not found,specified in SDF annotation command file /a/b/c/sdf.cmd, line 3.
......
so.the annotation is failed.
Surely,I check my sdf.cmd,the format is the same as the cdnshelp description.

    环境都是好的，tb使用VHDL写的，之前测试也是好的。。。但是软件licence很有限，其他的licence是盗版的，在想是不是和盗版软件有关。。。
而且在当TB用verilog写，且用$annotate函数的时候，结果是好的。。。
