　　Field Application Engineer现场应用工程师
　　职位描述：


　　1. 熟悉SDH ,PTN, LTE ,PON 通信规范，体系架构。
　　2. 熟悉硬件原理图设计，能够为客户提供原理图审查。
　　3. 熟悉通信ASIC底层驱动开发，有一定的调试经验。
　　4. 有PMC 产品使用经验者优先
　　5. 有PON 相关业务软件开发经验者优先




　　Job Summary :
　　To provide technical expertise, which includes propose design solutions, design-in and filed application support to customers in order to maximize the returns from the Design-in projects.
　　To provide customers and sales department staff with product, technical and engineering support.
　　Predominant emphasis of role is on engineering, rather than sales and marketing.


　　Job Duties
　　1.Prioritizes in accordance with customer requirements and management direction.
　　2.Resolves customer problems by using resources from local suppliers or technical support centre
　　3.Use technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries, demonstrate products, product applications and company services
　　4.Load software on computers instruct customer in use of the equipment or development tools
　　5.Investigate or resolves customer problem by using resources from local suppliers or technical support centers
　　6.Plans, schedules and prioritizes level of technical support according to customer requirement and management direction
　　7.Prepare details product specifications to support customer design requirement
　　8.Register Design-In / Design-wins with suppliers
　　9.Provide field application support to customer on all I/C product in the marketing of responsibility
　　10.Manage projects, focus on proprietary parts design activities and follow through entire design process.
　　11.Maximize the design-win dollar value through continuous providing design-in supports to customer.
　　12.Acquire product application material / know-how to propose design solution13.Complies and submit statistics or periodic reports


　　Job Specifications
　　1.Education requirement Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
　　2.Years of relevant experience2+ yrs experience in technical sales;
　　3.Good communication skill;
　　4.Good business Sense
　　5.Energetic, aggressive and self-motivated and able to work under high work pressure;
　　6.Mature and able to work independent;
