Sr. Test engineer
职位描述：
Responsibility:  

- Responsible for providing cost effective  high coverage test solution for variety devices from customers

- Develop test programs  perform debugging before program releasing

- Manage test production issues in testing subcons

- Responsible for testing hardware purchasing  design approval, e.g. load board

- Working together with product/package/quality engineers to improve production yield

- Other jobs assigned by department supervisor


Qualification:

- M.S. or B.S. degree in engineering

- Over 4 years’ hs on experience at digital/mix-signal ATE testing program development Experience on Teradyne or Verigy testers will be advantage

- Experience with of DFT, SCAN, BIST  DFM methodology

- Actual working experience on testing low yield analysis

- Familiar with test development for ARM, memory, PLL, AD/DA, USB, DDR, LVDS etc

- Good communication skill  team player

Senior Back-end Engineer
职位描述：
Position Description:

As a senior backend engineer, you need to have had years hs on experience in Magma  or Cadence/Synopsys back end  sign off flow.
You will be responsible for ensuring customer success through various design serve participation  practices. You would need to report / interface with customer for project status,  to consult /feedback to customer with any design implementation difficulty  plans.  

Qualifications:

·>4 years of experience  minimum of BS in EE or equivalent MS a plus.
· Fluent in one of the major P&R (Place & Route) tool suites (Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor, or Magma).
· Solid background in timing closure  signoff (PrimeTime experience).
· Good scripting expertise (Perl, Tcl, or Python) .
· Actual chip tapeout experience on a recent technology node (65nm or below) required.
· Strong English communication skills. Both written & oral.
· Prior experience as a team lead, able to assign,  evaluate,  lead small teams of individual contributors.

Required Education:

Demonstrated leadership experience of a design engineering team is
required. Minimum requirements are: 5 years with with BSEE. or
equivalent 4 years with MSEE or equivalent.
