Linux Core Software Designer

Description

-Responsible for building and releasing the embedded Linux system for EMP ECN products.

-Responsible for maintaining the Linux system and EMP related scripts and tools.

-Responsible for maintaining open source software used by Linux system and EMP.

-Responsible for investigating the new requirements on Linux system and open source software
-Responsible for developing new necessary scripts and tools

-Responsible as technical interface towards WindRiver

-Responsible for version control of open source software, tools and Linux

Qualifications

-Bachelor degree or above

-Minimum 2 years of embedded Linux system developing experience

-Abundant knowledge of Linux kernel and customizing
-Good at shell, perl, C language
-Knowledge of Java

-Knowledge of clearcase will be preferable

-Experience in using and customizing free open source software

-Good self-learning ability

-Good English skills in reading, writing and oral
