IT Manager

Job Description
Work with Shanghai Support teams to provide daily user, system (Window, Linux, UNIX), LAN/WAN and Telecom support for Shanghai R&D Center. This includes the installation and setup of new systems, Network hardware/software and EDA tools. Performance monitoring and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure, follows encourages & enforces following the corporate IT polices & procedures, resolving end user IT problems & closing Remedy tickets, work with local vendors on the hardware and software procurement. Will lead other technical staffs at the site and included in the On-Call rotation. This position is in Shanghai.
Requirements/Qualifications (Education)
7-10 years of experience with Window, Unix or Linux, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, LDAP,NIS, DNS, NFS, LSF, Netstat, Send Mail, Apache, Cisco/Juniper Network Hardware, Switching & Routing protocols, Solaris , Linux, Windows OS. Vendor relation management. Ability to work with a flexible schedule. Experience with Perl, Tcsh and other administrative languages. Ability to work in a fast-paced engineering environment with a positive and strong customer service skill. Possess excellent leadership and teamwork attitude. Experience with, Network Appliance Filers, SAN, OnStor gateways, EMC, VERITAS Cluster Software, VERITAS File System, Volume Manager, enterprise RAID Array and Netbackup a plus. Familiarity with Semiconductor, Design Center business operation, LSF, 3rd party CAD Tools & License installation. Demonstrates initiative & contributes to problem solving
Education: Bachelors in Engineering required. Higher Degree preferred.
