Job Descriptions:
1. Defines, drives and manages marketing strategy plans to support overall business goals and objectives;
2. Ensures marketing strategy execution is being done with changing market environment, internal prioritization and product evolution;
3. Provides market research, competitive analysis and makes business recommendation based on the analysis;
4. Ensures effective promotion of products, timely pricing and technical support for the sales force and customers;
5. Takes the leadership for new product introduction, including packaging, content development, marketing campaigns and internal training;
6. Deploys his/her knowledge of the market and technical skills to identify new opportunities in collaboration with the sales force and to propose the most appropriate technical solutions for the customers' needs;
7. May perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree;
2. Have at least 3~5 years experience in STB or DTV industry;
3. Have at least 4~6 years experience in product marketing for STB/DTV or other related products;
4. Successful track record in product conceptualization and accretive business planning;
5. Skills are required for marketing and designing all the industrial products for STB;
6. Able to manage a small team to perform various functions, including: visit customers, discuss their application, select the optimum parts for that application, and supply support;
7. Achieve quarterly budget, manage orders to factory, price strategy, inventory and promotion activities;
8. Good reporting and negotiation skill;
9. Should have strong leadership and able to motivate his/her team to achieve goals;
10. Good communication skill and can speak well in Chinese and English; able to speak Japanese will be an added advantage;
11. Good technical knowledge will be an added advantage.
