Responsibilities:
1、Key interface between COMPANY and wafer foundry.
2、Work with engineering groups and wafer foundry to solve product quality issue.
3、Coordinate monthly business review meeting and regular quality review meeting with wafer foundry.
4、Provide daily support on nonconforming material disposition, failure analysis and RMA.
5、Establish and maintain quality metrics to evaluate foundry quality performance.
6、Review supplier 8D/CAR and validate action implementation and effectiveness
7、Lead wafer foundry audit.
8、Work with internal integration team to follow up COMPANY ECN implementation and foundry PCN.
9、Must be able to work and communicate with all levels of management, engineering groups, external manufacturing suppliers (Wafer foundry, Assembly/Test).
Qualification:
1、BS above, major in electronics, physics, material, etc.
2、4+ years wafer foundry experience, engineering or quality background preferred.
3、Familiarity with wafer manufacturing process.
4、Good English communication skills.
5、Possess a strong background in quality systems, problem solving (8D).
6、Strong knowledge to evaluate failure analysis findings and FA tools.
