• Objective:
Look for Software Manager for Software Configuration Management and Project Management
• Justification of application:
DTV software configuration management including software release control, DevTest and project management

• Job Duties:
SCM will be responsible for establishing the configuration management environment, software release control, version control, build automation, software development test, Wiki server maintenance and projects management etc. SCM also needs excellent communication and business process management skills with expertise in managing project schedule, software release process, application developments, deployments and configuring development tools (JIRA, SVN, Coverity, FishEye) etc.

Qualifications: (Education, Experience, etc.)
• MS in CS/EE with 5+ years experience in IT or software application development or project management. Experience working under Linux system and extensively familiar with configuration management disciplines
• Experience in Application Development using a formal methodology process and experience with software release control and development test
• Experience in testing methodology and familiar with the clear box testing
• Experience in Project Management using MS project tools to track project schedule, monitor the critical path and take proper actions to prevent schedule delay
• Experience with manage the Linux servers and network setup and writing Batch files or scripts (MS Batch files, Linux shell scripts, Python, Lua) to perform automation and consistency

Experience with DTV or Multimedia software development, source code control systems, bug tracking tools and static code analysis – SVN, JIRA, Coverity are big plus
