Senior Software Engineer
Location:
Beijing, China


Responsibility:
Ø
Lead software solution development based on Availink IC products.
Ø
Lead software & hardware co-verification for Availink IC products.
Ø
Analysis product requirements and assess system risks
Ø
Improve the development methodology and process

Qualification:
Ø
Proven success in leading large scale software development
Ø
Master at least two embedded OSs (linux, eCos, Nucleus,Vxworks) and at least one CPU (MIPS, ARM, etc)
Ø
Ability to read and understand hardware documents is a must
Ø
Experience in hardware/software integration is a must
Ø
Familiar with architecture design methodology and tooling.


Ø
Strong C & C++ programming skill is a must, Assembly language or Java skill is a plus.


Ø
Experience with DVB technology (MPEG2 decoding and MPEG2 TS, etc.) is a plus
Ø
Fluent in both written and oral English.
Ø
Hands-on and proactive working style
Ø
Minimum MS with 5 years experience or BS with 7 years experience in embedded area
