Responsibilities:

。Perform research to define，specify，and develop board—level hardware such as industrial

Field BUS，Ethernet．Embedded FPGA／CPLD。etc

。 Implement and test designs using hardware prototypes and through CAD and synthesis

software tools

。Diagnose and debug technical challenges on products or problems arising when your

products interact or integrate with other NI products

Provide technical mentorship for engineers by sharing your expertise/technical

knowledge

。Work with Project Manager to facilitate support required from Engineering Services

(drafting，layout，mechanical design)and other R&D groups，Manufacturing，Product

。Marketing，and other departments to ensure successful development and timely product

release

·Lead Team to develop and also review design documentation，product specifications，

schematics，layout，VHDL coding，and customer user documentation

·Work with marketing，sales and other R&D groups to identify，define and propose

projects

。 Communicate with colleagues worldwide

Requirements

· MS or above in Electrical Engineering or related field

·At least 6 years of practical hardware design experience and expert in

—Digital hardware board level design

—Programmable logic design including VHDL(preferred) or Verilog , synthesis，and design

simulation techniques

—Electronics，computers，computer architectures，and interfaces

—Signal Integrity
Proven record of releasing successful hardware products
Experience of working with cross group teams such as software，sale and marketing to
drive new product
Proven record of leading and mentoring engineers
Understanding Of DFM and DFT
Experience in EMC Safety experience is preferred
Work independently and also work effectively in a team development environment
Quickly learn applicable technology，systems，and products
Take initiative，persistently drive tasks and projects to successful completion
Strong work ethic and drive to succeed
Passion for learning about＆working with digital，analog，and other computer
technologies
Outstanding communication skills with excellent oral and written English
Willingness to travel to the US for work and training purposes
Lab VIEW experience is preferred
