vcs 2008.12 license keygen problem

I used the EFALicGen0.4b to generate the vcs A-2008.09 license before, it can work successfully.
But when I use the VCS B-2008.12, the license doesn't work.
VCS B-2008.12 supports separete compile for verilog and systemverilog.
Does anybody help me?
