cadence617仿真出现错误，新手仿真，急！！！

下面是spectre.out文件上的内容，.scs文件已经有了，但是这里提示打不开这个文件，请问是什么原因？谢谢！：

您好，我也遇到了相似的问题，请问是要去哪里修改配置文件的路径呢，还是说将工艺库整个复制到报错里指向的位置，纯新手，折腾了好几天查了好多东西也没解决这个问题……
