VCO后仿不收敛，跪求解答

VCO电路结构件下图：

前仿没有任何问题。提取寄生参数进行后仿时，在某些电容阵列组合下，当变容管控制电压Vc(可变范围0~1.8V)超过一定值时（如Vc大于1V），PSS仿真不收敛(当Vc较小时仿真收敛)。
当开始仿PSS时，log文件显示如下：
trying ‘homotopy=gmin’ for initial conditions.
trying ‘homotopy=source’ for initial conditions.
trying ‘homotopy=dptran’ for initial conditions.
trying ‘homotopy=ptran’ for initial conditions.
trying ‘homotopy=arclength’ for initial conditions.
Error found by spectre during IC analysis， during periodic steady state analysis ‘pss’.
ERROR (SPECTRE-16080): No DC solution found （no convergence）.
增大tstab等方法已经试过了，没有用。
PSS仿真根本就没有跑起来！
有没有人知道是为什么啊？
