Hi everyone!Did you encounter this banba Bandgap situation that the reference voltage can stable in transient simulation, but the state come into degenerated state in the DC simulation? How do you deal with it?
Wait for your respond!
Best regards!

Yes,there is a stratUp circuit and transient can be stable ,but the DC simulation can not into normal state ,I suspect that the DC cannt simulate the startup process, so the banba can not be into the stable state.Am I right?

Does just I meet the situation or it's a common situation, that the circuit with the startUp circuit cannt come into the stable when simulate the DC?
Thank you very much!I cannt agree with you more.So it need the startUp circuit to break the degenerated point. However,I have made some attempts to design startUp circuit for the banba bandgap,it always has some problem even though the simulation pass.I'll continue to think about it ,thanks for your help.

Thank you!I have tried many methods, but when the slope of the power is low ,the banba circuit can not operate normally! Is there any robust startUp circuit (paper) for banba bandgap? Its my honor for your share!
